Q: How quickly will I receive my quote?
A: Most quotes are provided within 24-48 business hours after we receive the necessary project information. More complex projects may require additional time to confirm product availability, decoration requirements, pricing and production details.
Q: What information should I provide when requesting a quote?
A: Please provide the product or apparel type, approximate quantity, sizes, colors, preferred decoration method, design locations, number of ink or thread colors, requested completion date and available artwork. If everything has not been finalized, our team can help you select the appropriate products and production method.
Artwork & Design
Q: What artwork file formats do you accept?
A: We prefer vector artwork files such as AI, EPS or vector PDF files. High-resolution PNG, PSD or JPG files may also be accepted depending on the design and intended decoration method. Artwork should be submitted at its original size and highest available resolution.
Q: What if I do not have a vector artwork file?
A: Our graphics team can help recreate an existing logo, modify artwork or develop a new design. Artwork preparation or design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the request. Any applicable charges will be discussed before design work begins.
Q: Will I receive a proof before production?
A: Yes. A digital artwork proof will be provided for review and approval before production begins. Carefully review all spelling, colors, sizes, names, numbers, design placement and other details. Production will be based on the approved proof.

A: Yes. Volume pricing is available for qualifying orders. In many cases, the cost per item decreases as the order quantity increases. We will help identify a cost-effective option without sacrificing the quality of the finished product.
Production and Pickup
Q: What is your standard production time?
A: Our standard production time is approximately 7-10 business days after artwork approval and finalization of all order details. Production time does not include quoting, artwork development, proof revisions, product shipping to our facility, weekends, holidays or customer approval delays. Larger orders, specialty products, backordered merchandise and complex projects may require additional time.
Q: Can you accommodate a specific deadline?
A: We will make every reasonable effort to meet a requested deadline when our production schedule and product availability allow. Provide the required completion date when requesting a quote. A requested deadline is not guaranteed until it has been reviewed and confirmed by our team. Expedited freight or rush-production charges may apply.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes. Completed orders may be picked up at Arena Sports & Fanatic Graphix, 3 Fair Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331. We will contact you when the order is complete and ready for pickup.
Returns, Issues and Reorders
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom products?
A: Because decorated and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged because of incorrect sizing, customer-supplied information or a change of preference. We will address products that contain a verified manufacturing defect or an error that differs from the approved artwork and submitted order information. Inspect the order promptly and contact us if you believe there is a production issue.
Q: What happens if I approve incorrect information on my artwork proof?
A: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, names, numbers, colors, sizing information, design placement and other details shown on the proof. If an error was included in the approved proof, the cost of reproducing affected products may be the customer’s responsibility.
Q: Can I reorder a previous design?
A: Yes. We retain customer artwork files to simplify future orders. Product availability, garment colors, pricing, decoration requirements and minimum quantities may change between orders. We will confirm current details before processing a reorder.
Q: Will the colors on my finished products look exactly like they do on my screen?
A: Computer and mobile-device screens display colors differently. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on garment material, product surface, ink, embroidery thread and decoration method. When precise color matching is important, provide the appropriate Pantone color information before artwork approval.
